Rossi Is Raising Money to Fight Breast Cancer

Rossi Chevy Buick GMC Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re supporting the cause in a variety of ways! We kicked off the month by hosting a fundraising party on Oct. 5, donating $10 to the American Cancer Society for every test-drive taken that day as part of Chevy’s nationwide grassroots support.

Coming up, two employees from our New Jersey Chevy dealership near Flemington will be taking part in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Parsippany, NJ, on Oct. 20. Patti Sue Rossi and Tom Prodes are one of 455 teams so far that will be walking to raise money to fight this disease that affects so many people in our community. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to support them in their walk; if you’d like to donate to the Rossi Roadies team, you can visit our team page for more information. Help us meet our goal!

All proceeds from the Making Strides walk benefit the American Cancer Society. One out of every two women newly diagnosed with breast cancer turns to the American Cancer Society for help and support, so you can count on your donation going to those who need it most. The society also funds cancer research, access to mammograms and services for people diagnosed with breast cancer.
